A service with a clear scope
Send PDF plans, specifications and addenda. Request selected items, one trade or a coordinated scope. We review the documents before confirming inclusions, exclusions, missing information, the service fee and the promised delivery date.
Work you can review
Your agreed package includes highlighted drawings for each scope, an organized quantity schedule and scope notes. Priced estimating documents are included when agreed in your quote. Drawing-derived quantities and estimating allowances are identified separately.
A dependable agreement before work starts
We respond with a service quote and proposed turnaround within 24 hours. Completed work follows the accepted delivery date. If drawings or scope change, the adjustment is reviewed before changed work proceeds.
