Clear answers before you bid.
What is a construction takeoff?
A takeoff is a quantity schedule of the materials or work shown in construction drawings. REVO agrees on the scope, reviews quantities and supplies highlighted drawings identifying the included areas and items.
How quickly will I receive a quote?
REVO responds with a service quote and proposed turnaround within 24 hours. Completed takeoffs follow the delivery date accepted for your project; a 24-hour completion deadline applies only when specifically accepted.
What do I receive?
Your agreed package includes highlighted drawings, an organized quantity schedule and scope notes. Estimating documents are included when agreed in your quote. Sample images and example quantities are illustrative, not verified customer work.
Can I request siding, trim, soffit and fascia takeoffs?
Yes, you can request those scopes. Siding and soffit use surface areas; trim and fascia commonly use linear lengths. Elevations, dimensions, opening deductions and specified details must be confirmed before acceptance and delivery.
Which documents should I provide?
Provide PDF plans, relevant specifications and all applicable addenda. Identify the trade, project location, bid deadline and any buildings or areas to include or exclude.
Can I request one trade or an entire job?
You can request selected items, one full trade or a coordinated job scope. REVO confirms covered trades, drawing coverage, inclusions, exclusions and missing information before work begins.
How is the service fee determined?
Your service fee is quoted after review of drawing coverage, requested trades, complexity, deliverables and deadline. Work begins after quote acceptance and owner authorization. Payment arrangements are handled separately.
What happens when drawings change?
Supply the revised drawings and addenda. REVO reviews the changes with you and confirms any scope, fee or delivery-date adjustment before changed work proceeds.
