Start with the current set

Send PDF plans, relevant specifications and applicable addenda. Retain sheet numbers and drawing revision information. If multiple versions are included, identify which version governs the request instead of leaving it to be assumed.

State the scope boundary

Identify the buildings, floors, areas or items included in the bid. A short selection such as all footings for Building A is more useful than a general request to measure everything. Identify alternates and exclusions separately.

Include the details your trade needs

The right supporting documents prevent an area or length from being mistaken for a complete assembly.

• Concrete: foundation/slab plans, sections, reinforcement details and schedules
• Siding: elevations, openings, roof overhangs and finish details
• Earthwork: existing/proposed grading information, limits and depth bases
• Plumbing/electrical: applicable plans, risers, schedules and routing details

Choose quantities or a priced estimate

A quantity takeoff supplies measured items and units. A priced estimate adds the agreed cost coverage. Tell us if you already have your own rates or supplier quotes, or if you need pricing support included in the service quote.

Give the bid deadline and location

Provide the project location and the date you need the work. Your bid deadline helps us propose a realistic delivery agreement. REVO responds with a service quote and proposed turnaround within 24 hours; that is separate from the completion deadline.

Keep revisions together

Use your project account to supply addenda and revised documents. A revision may change the scope, fee or delivery date; confirm the adjustment before changed work proceeds. Original uploads remain separate from revised documents.
