A clear fee for your agreed scope.
Construction takeoff service pricing depends on the documents and work you need covered. Add your plans and select the scope. REVO responds with a service quote and proposed turnaround within 24 hours; you review the agreement before paid work begins.
What determines the fee?
We review the actual drawing set rather than quoting from building area alone. Your quote defines what is included and what needs confirmation.
- Drawing count, revisions and level of detail
- Selected trades, buildings, areas and alternates
- Quantity takeoff only or a priced estimate
- Required deliverables and bid deadline
Takeoff fee and construction costs are different
The service fee pays for the agreed takeoff or estimating work. It is not the price to construct the project. If you request a priced estimate, its pricing coverage and assumptions are agreed separately from our service fee.
Choose the level of support you need
Request a selected scope when you already have your own rates. Request an estimate when you also need pricing support. For a coordinated job, identify the trades to include so that coverage and exclusions are clear.
- Selected items or one trade
- Several trades or a coordinated job scope
- Revised drawing and addendum review
$100 off your first paid takeoff or estimate
One use per new customer, subject to scope review. The discount has no cash value and cannot exceed the quoted fee. Your written quote confirms the offer before acceptance.
Limited trial requests
You may request a selected sheet or small scope for review. Trial limits and eligibility are confirmed before acceptance; a trial request does not promise a complete job estimate or a particular completion date.
What happens next?
Review the quoted fee, scope and delivery date in your project account. Accept the quote and agree payment arrangements with REVO before paid work begins. Completed work is delivered after review and approval.
Common scope questions
Is the service fee the construction bid price?
No. The quoted service fee pays for the agreed takeoff or estimating work. A priced construction estimate is a separate deliverable when included in your accepted quote.
Does the 24-hour promise cover completed work?
It covers our response and service quote. Completed work follows your accepted delivery date; a 24-hour completion deadline applies only when specifically accepted.
